CCPA Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA").

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, IP address.
  • Commercial/business info: company, role, services of interest.
  • Internet activity: pages viewed, referring URLs, device/browser data.
  • Inferences: drawn from the above to qualify your inquiry.

Directly from you (intake form, email), and automatically via your browser and our analytics providers.

Purposes

To respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, comply with law, and improve our services.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information to service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by contract to process it only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We may "share" limited identifiers and internet-activity data with analytics providers for measurement; you can opt out below.

Your CCPA rights

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI for purposes that trigger this right).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request via our Opt-Out page or email jason@adolicious.com with the subject "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity using the information you provide. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, then delete or de-identify it.
